Eating more of these nutrient dense foods will help you feel fuller for longer and offer more “bang for your buck” in terms of meal planning. This is why I create a sample Full Day of Eating for each of my clients based on the foods they enjoy, but also adding in some more whole foods and volume. Every girl I have coached is always shocked by how much more they can eat when they start with me!
