I shared this recipe with the girls in my macro coaching group this week and they LOVED it, I'm sure you will too. Can be a breakfast or prep ahead as a sweet afternoon snack!


Ingredients:

150g egg whites 30g protein powder (I used PranaOn salted caramel flavour) 1 mashed banana 40g cottage cheese 1 tsp collagen powder (makes them more fluffy) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *Blend everything together and cook using coconut oil spray. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Toppings: PB2 peanut butter and Sweet Freedom UK choc shot (this is one thing I do miss from home!)
